Healing Journey- This painting depicts the jewels found on my healing journey. To love myself relentlessly while discovering the true essence of who I am. A process of peeling away layers that no longer serve me and making peace with the shadow. I trusted my ability to heal and to find my own way- the journey was the healing- it wasn't a destination. I dug deep into what I came into this life with and what I carried which led me to a powerful teacher who came in the form of cancer. I had an intrinsic knowing that there was a profound reason for me accept the disease as my evolution process. I set my tears free- transforming them to birds, flying away and contributing beauty into the world. I have started to document my healing journey on a blog.
